Calendar my Friend
For the longest time I have disliked planning. I have been a dopamine junkie my whole 30 years of my life. I havent done drugs or anything, but my dopamine is always from distraction from my work at hand. Living in the moment is good till it is the reason for chaos in your life. I sit at work as I write this blog as well. I must confess, I have scored horrible on the OCEAN personality test.

Really high in neuroticism which is a negative trait, and really low on openness and conscientiousness.
The description given there was word by word true. Its my struggle in life to increase my conscientiousness. Dr. Peterson whom I follow and trust to be a honest man a lot, has in a Video said, one way to increase Conscientiousness is to plan. Calendar is not a tyrant. Use calendar as a friend. And using this tool properly takes upto 24 months to really ingrain in you the tool.
This is my goal. by October 2025, I want to make a friendship with a calendar. He also said, you need to design every hour of your active daytime. How do I start is my question.
There needs to be a plan for 3 years, 1 year, 6 months,3 months, 1 month, 1 week, and 1 day.
Calendar is my friend not my enemy. Failure is expected, I just need to start again when I fail
