Discipline and Consistency and other tough things in life
Getting back at writing after a break once again. To be very honest with ADHD, staying committed to one habit is the toughest task in the world. Yes on a normal day this is also tough for everyone. But the effort to align your mind and body to build a habit, that takes a larger share of the mental battery for me. Also after any relapse, the effort to get back on track is crazy tiring. Maybe it is tiring for everyone. And maybe that is the entire point. Depression comes to me when efforts don't show results. As Linkin Park said - "In the end, it doesn't even matter." But in my own journey, I have come to realize, there are a few pure things "godly", "ideal", "perfect" behaviors that we must try to impersonate. - Discipline. - Truth. - Consistency - Love - Acceptance and there will be more things that can be added to the list. which I will add as and when they occur to me.
